Change Token PIN

You can use PIN along with OTP to strengthen the security.

Naturely, sometimes you want to change the PIN , especially the default PIN set by the administrator.

You can do it through authentication. Normally, you type [PIN][OTP] during the authentication.

If you type (without any space) with the following format, then PIN will be changed.

 

[existing PIN][OTP][new PIN][new PIN]

 

If your organization provides Self Service, you can also change the PIN in it, this is one of features in Self Service.
